Following SAP and standard methodologies, business & process standards and SAP ERP/TM implementation best practices, contribute to the design, build and implementation roll-out of the SAP TM solution for Transportation Planning, Execution, Charge Management and Track & Trace; visit clients for gathering requirements ;Support the gathering and defining of requirements for the SAP-based TM solution, integration of various process streams like EWM, GTS, EH&S and GIS/EDI, working with the various concerned Project and Cross-Functional teams in transitioning, testing and providing further feedback with respect to functional requirements; Contribute to the preparation of Proof-of-Concepts, Business specification documents, Functional specification documents, Configuration documents and Technical Specification, inter alia; Contribute to the preparation of test cases and execution of testing cycles in all the testing environments to support the delivery of SAP TM functionality, including the provision of demos of the implemented solution to the business; Maintain track monitoring on the deadlines and deliverables and communicate status updates to the project lead against milestones, escalating as appropriate; Perform knowledge transfer to respective Functional and Technical teams; Provide master data conversion and management, go-live preparation and post-go live functional and technical support, including acting as focal point to address questions/issues and service requests regarding the implementation of the Transportation Management solution; Provide guidance to the businesses on appropriate use of the SAP system and support business users with general support issues; Record and follow up on tracking incidents, defects or production change related Change requestsEmployer will accept Bachelors plus 5 yr experience in lieu of Masters degree, Travelling to unanticipated locations may be required. -->
