Description

Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for an interim Cost Accountant to support a manufacturing client in Bellefontaine, OH. The interim cost accountant will support month-end close activities to include: journal entries, reconciliations, and general cost accounting items. The client is on SAP and this project must be done 100% onsite at the client's facility in Bellefontaine. Interested candidates with a good Senior Accountant skillset, but lacking in cost accounting should still apply.

Requirements

-5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry

-Proficiency with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations

-Strong grasp of manufacturing accounting fundamentals

-Experience performing accounting functions in SAP

-Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)

-Good communication and teaming skills

-Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
