Job Overview The Director of Sales & Frontline Curriculum is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the capabilities of T-Mobile's sales teams and frontline employees. This role exists to ensure that frontline representatives possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to excel in their roles and drive business success. By creating and delivering effective training initiatives, the Director enables frontline employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maximize sales effectiveness, and contribute to the company's growth and profitability. Job Responsibilities: Develop Training Programs: Create and design comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of sales teams and frontline employees, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer experience standards. Implement Training Initiatives: Coordinate the delivery and implementation of training initiatives, including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules, to enhance the skills and knowledge of frontline representatives. Curriculum Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through ongoing evaluation and feedback mechanisms, making necessary adjustments to optimize learning outcomes and performance improvement. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with sales leadership, product teams, and other stakeholders to identify training needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business strategies and objectives. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track the performance and progress of frontline employees post-training to measure the impact of training interventions and identify areas for further improvement. Education:Bachelor's Degree Education, Training, Business Administration, or related field (Required) Work Experience:4-7 years Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or training program management (Required) 4-7 years Previous experience in sales training or frontline employee development roles (Required) 4-7 years Demonstrated success in leading and managing cross-functional teams (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Curriculum Development Proficiency in developing and implementing training programs and materials (Required) Instructional Design Ability to apply instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences (Required) Analysis Training Needs Analysis- Skill in conducting needs assessments and identifying training gaps (Required) Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas (Required) Licenses and Certifications: * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):Yes DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Base Pay Range: $175,400 - $237,200 Corporate Bonus Target: 25% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role.
