Position summary T-Mobile is America's supercharged Un-carrier, delivering an advanced 4G LTE and transformative nationwide 5G network that will offer reliable connectivity for all. Engineer, Software is located in Bellevue, WA will design, implement, and deploy scalable software to meet customer requirements and enhance networking solutions. Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Research, design, and develop computer and network software programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Build solutions on Salesforce.com, Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Web Services, and APIs. Perform technical analysis, design, development, and implementation of customized appli-cations. Work with cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications. Troubleshoot and resolve defects impacting release and production. Support cross systems and integrations impacting native Salesforce ecosystem. Research opportunities to utilize Salesforce.com best practices and guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling, and monitoring. Telecommuting is permitted 100%. Skill requirements: Must have professional experience in: Field Service Lightning to create and schedule appointments; Rest API to connect with external systems and POP token creation and authentication for Salesforce Rest APIs; Salesforce Lightning Process Builder, Lightning UI/UX, and Visual Workflows; Einstein Analytics application, dataset and dashboard development; Heroku, Java, microservices, Git, Bit Bucket, and Salesforce code; and DevOps using Copado for deployment from sandbox-to-sandbox. Experience and education requirements: PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or related and 1 year of relevant work experience. ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or related and 3 years of relevant work experience. Salary: $128,502.00 - $145,000.00 / Year The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
