Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Research, design, and develop computer and network software programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Build solutions on Salesforce.com, Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Web Services, and APIs. Perform technical analysis, design, development, and implementation of customized appli-cations. Work with cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications. Troubleshoot and resolve defects impacting release and production. Support cross systems and integrations impacting native Salesforce ecosystem. Research opportunities to utilize Salesforce.com best practices and guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling, and monitoring. Telecommuting is permitted 100%.
