Meta Finance Business Operations Manager, Infrastructure in Bellevue, Washington

Summary:

Required Skills:

Finance Business Operations Manager, Infrastructure Responsibilities:

  1. Create game-changing financial data visualizations to drive efficiencies and Server utilization insights in partnership with finance, Infra engineering and other cross-functional teams

  2. Provide data-driven recommendations that inform strategic capacity investment decisions and optimize capacity

  3. Continuously improve the functionality and user experience of the dashboards based on feedback from end-users

  4. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of experience in quantitative analysis or predictive modeling to inform business/financial strategy

  2. BA/BS in quantitative field (business analytics, data science, computer science, economics, finance, etc.) or equivalent degree/experience

  3. Expert-level proficiency in extracting and manipulating large datasets using data querying languages (e.g. SQL), and building dashboards

  4. Can transform data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions

  1. Exceptional collaboration, communication, and project leadership skills, with proven experience building and leading cross-functional teams in developing state-of-the-art data visualization tools that drive business outcomes

  2. Experience navigating ambiguity and driving results in fast-paced environments, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing complex business problems

  3. Work experience in infrastructure and/or capacity domain areas

  4. Experience partnering with engineering functions

  5. Experience working in a complex, fast-paced environment

Public Compensation:

$159,000/year to $225,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
