Job Responsibilities As the Manager of SMB Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success and shaping the future of our sales team. Your responsibilities will include: Drive Growth and Performance Expand Market Presence: Strategically increase our market share while consistently achieving and surpassing performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, churn, and Cost Per Gross Addition (CPGA). Achieve Sales Excellence: Meet or exceed overall sales quotas for your assigned region, positioning your team for success and recognition. Lead with Integrity and Innovation Operational Leadership: Implement key operational initiatives in the field, ensuring that all actions align with our high ethical standards and established procedures. Engaging Sales Meetings: Coordinate and lead regular sales meetings that inspire collaboration, share standard methodologies, and drive motivation among team members.
