Position summary T-Mobile is America's supercharged Un-carrier, delivering an advanced 4G LTE and transformative nationwide 5G network that will offer reliable connectivity for all. Managers, Product & Technology located in Bellevue, WA will work in collaboration with Senior Manager or Director to plan and develop goals for T-Mobile for Business Ordering Product which is responsible for the API Platform and Ordering experiences from Shopping to Checkout for T-Mobile B2B customers (e.g. Sales, SalesOps, Large Enterprises, Medium Enterprises, and Small Businesses). Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage and support product teams with enterprise process to secure and maintain product funding and provide product roadmap, market research and ROI analysis. Develop and scale product backlog structure and prioritization process. Establish a Product Vision, strategy and create clear and measurable goals for the team aligned to company, department, and functional area objectives. Design and develop methods and tools to measure team performance striking a balance between customer or technology-based innovation, quality, speed to market, agile team velocity and cost. Responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining a high performing, full stack, team of Product Managers, Software Developers, Architects, and other members of technical staff to build and maintain T-Mobile for Business Ordering experiences and software platform. Participate and contribute to Big Room (Program Increment) and other major Agile ceremonies like Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos. Work collaboratively with Product Teams, Release Train Engineers (RTE's), Architects, Scrum Masters, Development Team to apply lean principles and identify and eliminate waste in the software delivery cycle or process and drive project delivery and technology product value. Understand current technology trends and benefits, building blocks, interactions, dependencies, and tools required to lead and develop web protocols, full stack software applications and CICD processes. Drive and influence technical solutions to achieve the business need by being a technical leader and utilizing Cloud technologies including AWS and Azure, RESTFUL APIs, Microservices Architecture, JAVA/J2EE, Spring Boot, APIGEE, Kubernetes and CICD Pipelines. Use Agile Project Management tools including Jira, JIRA Align and qTest and manage a delivery team with an established Agile methodology such as Scaled Agile Framework, SCRUM, Kanban. Participate in SDLC phases including writing software requirements and specifications, implementing technical design, reviewing code and unit and functional test cases, monitor software development status and provide technical support to customers. Apply expert level experience to perform checks of teamwork and solution design for quality, operational readiness, potential impacts to other processes and systems, and proper use of DevOps principles.
