Amazon Marketing Manager, SEO, Amazon Flex in Bellevue, Washington
Description
This is an exciting role which involves complete ownership of Search Engine Optimization for Amazon Flex globally. The successful candidate will create and lead a strategy to improve Amazon Flex rankings on search engines, identifying critical customer needs and gaps and working with internal stakeholders and regional teams to share these learnings. Responsibilities will span unpaid channels, and require the review of past data and trends in order to continually iterate strategy.
You will demonstrate an ability to clearly communicate to the right target audience, and be in charge of developing and deploying online content at both a global and regional level. You will work extremely closely with regional marketing teams to ensure that content or optimizations are tailored for the right audience.
A successful candidate will have experience in leading and executing a SEO strategy either in-house or agency side. You will be an analytical thinker who loves solving problems and strives to provide an excellent customer experience from the first interaction with the Amazon Flex website. The candidate will be customer obsessed and focused on delivering results with clear ROI. Excellent skills in Excel are also a required.

Key job responsibilities
Build an SEO strategy, focusing on growing Amazon Flex’s organic reach across our regions and showing how you will deploy content to acquire our target audiences within our unique delivery areas.
Write and deploy original content for the Amazon Flex website, tailored for the right audience.
Scope third-party applications to support with SEO tasks, provide training to worldwide marketing stakeholders.
Be the SME on Amazon Flex customer search behavior, needs and gaps and work with internal stakeholders to enhance the customer experience in other areas of the business.
Monitor Delivery Partner sentiment in specific regions and act as the expert on their needs, including communicating back to the larger Amazon Flex team.
Constantly check search results, ranking and analytics to monitor performance and make recommendations for improvements. Keep up-to-date with ever-changing algorithm updates.
Work with internal teams to share and learn best-practices, and drive results between marketplaces.
Collaborate with technical partner teams to explain and prioritize technical issues.

Basic Qualifications
4+ years of proven experience in SEO strategy and execution, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
Strong understanding of technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, and rendering, with experience conducting and resolving SEO audits.
Strong ability to analyze SEO performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Understanding of international SEO concepts such as hreflang tags and optimizing for multilingual/multiregional sites.
Proven ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing SEO for multi-site or international websites.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
