T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks Directors, Business Analysis in Bellevue, WA to lead the Product Strategy team through strategic and analytical thinking along with an appetite to drive change and innovation. Develop product strategies & objectives that clarify why & how T-Mobile can deliver consumer benefits & enterprise value. Create strategic and analytical frameworks to structure complex business models and to evaluate new opportunities. Develop a deep understanding of consumer needs and insights to inform new categories that will drive consumer value. Partner closely with Product Marketing & Product Management as products evolve through the planning & development lifecycle. Explore and synthesize insights from technology, industry, and competitive research. Leverage a hypothesis-based approach and structure strategy frameworks to build recommendations quickly and iteratively. Develop elaborate financial models to guide executive decisions for strategic partnerships, product strategy and lifecycle management decisions. Transform complex, incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into actionable recommendations backed by structured thinking and data-driven insights. Partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to identify growth opportunities that drive value for T-Mobile and its customers. Craft a strategic story out of the numbers. Present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner. Create and deliver executive level presentations and dashboards on strategy, insights, and execution to senior management and partner organization leadership. Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance. Experience and education requirements: PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Math, Statistics, or closely related field, and 7 years of relevant work experience.  ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Math, Statistics, or closely related field, and 10 years of relevant work experience.  In addition, the following skills are required: (1) Framing unstructured complex business problems with strategic, operational, technological, and financial elements; developing KPIs/measurement frameworks using data based statistical and mathematical analysis to generate actionable insights that are leveraged by executives to steer business decisions; (2) Performing data gathering, extracting, and aggregation, conducting sophisticated quantitative and qualitative analyses, and developing models (analytical, financial, and customer forecast related) using Microsoft Excel, SQL, Alteryx and Tableau; (3) Performing competitive analysis to understand market and tech trends and analyzing consumer behavior and research in the technology context; (4) Building and delivering senior executive/board level presentations and exhibits that combine data visualizations and storytelling with insights and recommendations in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, including presentations that translate technical concepts and data into non-technical, business friendly communications; (5) Managing strategy and analytics focused teams; and (6) Analyzing line-of-business/product processes, plans and operations to identify optimization and business development opportunities. Washington Pay Range: $217,343.39 to $225,200.00/year. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.  Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.  C
