Chewy Senior Product Manager in Bellevue, Washington

Within Chewy, the Chewy Health team is focused on redefining how vets and pet parents care for their pets and are on a multi-year journey to reinvent the experience of working with your veterinarian to keep your pets happy and healthy.

As part of this mission, The Chewy Health team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our high-performing Product team in Bellevue (WA), Boston (MA), or Plantation (FL). You will help build features/ services to help our veterinarian customers navigate an increasingly competitive and complex business environment to focus on what they do best: delivering world class care to their patients. As a Senior PM, you will develop and launch new B2B services within PracticeHub, Chewy’s clinic facing portal used by veterinarians and clinic staff at more than 45% of US clinics. You will own a roadmap informed by quantitative and qualitative insights, supported with clear business and technical requirements. You will collaborate with the analytics, data science, UX design, and software engineering teams to deliver a world-class customer experience for our vets.

What you'll do:

  • Use your customer’s first mindset to guide the development and delivery of best-in-class customer experiences.

  • Develop and maintain a roadmap and prioritize product backlog ensuring product vision aligns with both customer and business goals.

  • Conducting industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging trends to identify new opportunities. Conduct customer research to define customer segments and identify needs to inform product roadmap.

  • Define and analyze measures of success (KPIs) for new features and enhancements; transform these customer and business insights into clear requirements for product enhancements and new features.

  • Monitor performance of your product(s) and measure impact of product enhancements; communicate impact clearly across the organization and use to drive prioritization.

  • Collaborate with analytics, data science, design and engineering resources to deliver features with strong customer and business value.

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of proven product management experience. Proficient in analyzing and effectively communicating metrics to support recommendations. Experience in B2B product management will be a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks with attention to detail.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with leadership, and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to completion.

  • BS in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; or equivalent experience

  • Passion and curiosity

  • Flexibility for periodic travel (10%-15%)

Bonus:

  • Ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial and fast paced culture.

  • Fluency in SQL and/or Tableau

  • Experience in engineering, analytics, or UX design roles

Compensation & Benefits:

Our salary range for a Senior Product Manager position is $134,500.00 - $215,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
