Position summary T-Mobile is America's supercharged Un-carrier, delivering an advanced 4G LTE and transformative nationwide 5G network that will offer reliable connectivity for all. Senior Analysts, Business Intelligence located in Bellevue, WA will guide the business through the analysis and communication of quantitative and qualitative data. Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Participate in the design and development of reporting structures and interfaces, as well as administration of standardized reports to be utilized across the team. Create customer-centric solutions and approaches driven by data analysis, business acumen, creativity, and effective communication. Support the business intelligence needs of the business by using data from various sources including AWS Redshift, AWS Aurora, and static geospatial sources. Guide data strategy across multiple touch points including new third-party data acquisition and integration. Own the process of driving core insights from available data and create strategies to improve the customer experience and performance, including collaborating with product and marketing managers for A/B testing, multivariate regression analysis, segmentation analysis, KPI or success metric formulation and / or hypothesis testing. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and others. Work on enterprise projects to define reporting needs and incorporate those needs into the System Design. Create holistic Tableau / Power BI dashboards from different data sources (AWS Redshift, Azure DW, etc.) for presentations to senior level leadership to help guide business decisions. Provide analysis for sales representative, supervisor, call center, partner, and financial performance. Present analysis and strategies to senior management in verbal and written forms. Conduct competitive analysis to inform offers and processes. Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance. Skill requirements: Utilizing one or more programming languages including Python, R, Java, or C++. Designing and executing structured data analysis, delivering business insights, and evaluating the impact of business decisions, communicating findings to the audience using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Data Studio, Colab, or Jupyter Notebooks. Working with advanced data science and machine learning techniques such as Statistical Modelling, NLP, Multivariate Regressions, Text Analytics, Clustering, Segmentation, and Hypothesis Testing, and identifying opportunities to apply them. Gathering requirements and designing data products such as dashboard UI Design, data tables, ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes. Building automation and testing frameworks to improve code quality and code health (e.g., code design and reviews, code releases, test automation frameworks, data governance). Utilizing schema design, relational databases (Big Query, PostgreSQL, SQL), and database definitions. Experience and education requirements: PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field, and 3 years of relevant work experience.
