As the Senior Business Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in planning and executing activities across the Consumer Group and HQ. Be the bridge between top management and our dedicated team, providing oversight and guidance to high-impact projects. Job Responsibilities: Strategic Support: Drive business planning and operational management for the Customer Experience organization. Key Liaison: Serve as a proxy for the Consumer Group in critical business meetings/projects, ensuring flawless operational execution. Operate between the Consumer Operations group and Format Leaders. Collaboration Hub: Coordinate effectively between all Consumer back-office functions, fostering a collaborative work environment. Project Oversight: Accountable for monitoring top-priority projects, keeping leadership informed of matters requiring immediate attention. Adaptable Role: Take on additional duties and projects as assigned by business management, showcasing your versatility. Education: Bachelor's Degree Related field (Reqiured) Work Experience: More than 10 years Supply Chain / Planning experience. (Required) More than 10 years Experience in fulfillment, inventory planning and demand planning; telecom experience preferred. (Preferred) Solid background and experience leading large projects and executive-level programs and presentations (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Inventory Management (Required) Communication (Required) Project Management (Required) Process Management (Required) Microsoft Excel & Power point (required) * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):No DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Base Pay Range: $102,400 - $184,600 Corporate Bonus Target: 20% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
