Amazon Sr. Program Manager, NCRC in Bellevue, Washington

In the Returns and Recommerce organization, we seek to improve customer satisfaction with the items they buy on Amazon, provide new value for our customers, and reduce costs to drive the holistic business flywheel. We are looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and organized Program Manager to join the Returns and Recommerce organization to drive the most critical business components of this rapidly scaling team.

Key job responsibilities

The role will support our business partners with root cause analyses, insightful outlier metrics, and scalable mechanisms that highlight failure points and new opportunities for internal and external orgs. You will directly contribute to create and implement in this ‘hands on’ role as you identify problem areas across NCRC that increase customer satisfaction, reduce variable and transportation costs, and reduce delivery and return accuracy defects. Additionally, you will identify and help facilitate anecdote reviews across WWRR and partner teams, and lead follow up activities for key action items that drive new ops and tech products.

Strong SQL experience is needed for this role.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
