Our Systems and IP Solutions Automation team is dedicated to creating full stack solutions that streamline processes and enhance performance. What You'll Do Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy full stack applications. Support the integration of new technologies and methodologies into existing systems. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development of scalable and efficient software solutions for engineering workflows. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools. Write and maintain technical documentation for software applications and development processes. Learn and apply new programming languages, tools, and standard processes in software engineering. What It Takes Experience with Programming languages such as Python, React, JavaScript, Node.js Analytical and Critical Thinking Abilities Hold a mindset of continuous improvement and look for opportunities to bring value or achieve efficiency. Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program in Computer Science At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour.
