This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes. As a Data Analyst, you will manage data retrieval and analysis, create visualizations, and deliver reports that guide business strategy, improve processes, and enhance customer experiences. This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week. Responsibilities: Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and interpret complex data sets from various sources (internal databases, cloud systems, and external data sources) to identify patterns and trends. Reporting & Visualization: Create clear and compelling reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to present insights to partners. Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of business initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with Teams: Work with business leaders, data engineers, and product teams to understand business needs, develop data models, and create reports to drive decision-making. Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems and implement quality control processes to mitigate errors. Trend & Opportunity Identification: Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover opportunities for business growth, operational improvements, and critical initiatives. Ad-hoc Analysis: Respond to urgent business needs by conducting ad-hoc data analysis to answer critical questions quickly and effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field. 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role. Data Storytelling: Ability to transform data into insights through compelling reports, visualizations, and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Data Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in SQL, Python and Excel. Programming Languages: Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus. Analytical & Statistical Methods: Strong knowledge of statistical methods and techniques for data analysis (regression analysis, time-series analysis, etc.). Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake) is a plus. Data Governance & Quality: Familiarity with data governance policies, data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA), and standard processes for ensuring data quality. Collaboration: Demonstrable ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, finance, product development, and engineering to deliver on business objectives. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred. At least 18 years of age.
