SEEKING Maintenance II - Bellingham, MA

• 5 days workweek schedule

• Tuesday thru Saturday

• 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

  GREAT PAY!

• Pay rate $21.75/hour

  Position Overview:

  This position reports to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for damages, cleanouts, and general housekeeping within the warehouse or as instructed.

Responsibilities

• Performing weekly PIT battery maintenance. Watering & inspections.

• Documenting and reporting issues with the weekly battery maintenance.

• Assisting with NDCP food safety policies & AIB audits.

• Ensure that the floor is kept clear of any debris that would hinder the selecting process.

• Clean out company trailers; remove empty pallets/crates and organize for pickup.

• Follows all safety rules and completes all duties as assigned per business needs.

• Cleans up any spills or breakages to inventoried product; recoups damage and determines if resalable or must be disposed of per government and NDCP food safety requirements.

• Power wash trash receptacles, general cleaning duties include but are not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping, trash pick- up and use of compactor,

• Use a headset for order picking within the warehouse

• Use a RF gun to load trailer

• The safe operation of Fork truck, clamp truck, Floor scrubber, Battery changing station & ride on/walk behind pallet jacks

Qualifications

• Days and Hours Tuesday – Saturday 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM

• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be self-motivated

• Must be able to stand for 8 hours

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 55lbs

• Ability to work a flexible schedule

• Dependable attendance and great customer service
