Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham is recruiting for Production/Sanitation associates for a long-term opportunity at an organic food manufacturing warehouse in Bellingham. The right person for this position would be detail-orientated, have excellent communication, and have the desire of wanting to grow with a company.

Pay: $18.40 per an hour! Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00 am-3:30 pm Position Type: Evaluation Hire Location: Bellingham, WA Job Duties & Responsibilities include: -Assisting with production and sanitizing the work area once done -Operating equipment and machinery. Ensuring all machinery runs smoothly and cleanly -Monitor food cooking machines and adjust the controls for devices if needed -Program kitchen equipment to operate according to company and recipe standards and make changes to cooking temperature and time -Load raw and wet ingredients into the mixer and measure the amount needed by, following company recipes and industry standards -Follow company recipes -Depositing batter -Baking racks put into ovens at assigned temperatures and times -Remove the finished product from the production line and push batches to the cooling area, in preparation for packing -Verify that each finished item meets the quality standards of the company by observing the size and shape of each baked product -Maintain a clean workstation and observe all company and production floor safety standards. -Record Keeping -Ensure a clean and contamination-free area -Assisting in the packaging line -Preparing for the next production day -Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace by following company cleaning standards
