REXNORD Strategic Account Manager OEM in BELOIT, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: This role is remote with travel as needed Scope of role The Global Strategic Account Manager will be responsible forexpanding our relationship and driving growth with our key Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) accounts. This role involves delivering world class service, developing multi-site and multi-level relationships across global organizations.This role involves developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement strategic account plans that drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance value for our key global accounts. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the customer organization. Understand the customer\'s business objectives and align our solutions to meet these objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, customer service, and marketing, to deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each account. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Provide feedback to the internal team to inform product development and marketing strategies. Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned accounts. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the accounts. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in strategic account management or sales in the electrical component manufacturing industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics. Ability to travel as needed. Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
