JOB REQUIREMENTS: Community Action, Inc. of Rock & Walworth Counties Job Description Job Title: Success Coach Coordinator EEO Category: Professional Department: Community Programs Salary Level: CP6 Reports To: Community Programs Program Manager Approved Date: 5/25/22 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Revised Date: 8/15/2024 SUMMARY: Responsible for the administration, recruitment and daily operations of the Project Thrive and Transitional Jobs programs including: planning; organizing; program development; participant outreach; program monitoring; reports; budget management; staff, volunteer and intern supervision; and direct service activities. The team member must have strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as access to reliable transportation. Must exercise independent judgment, initiative and flexibility. Pay Rate: \$21.00- \$23.00/hour ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Core Values Initiative: Self-starter requires minimal supervision, requests additional assignments or responsibilities; suggests and implements improved work methods.
