Entry Level Accountant will perform Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) and assist the Senior Accountant with various projects.

• Journal entries

• Bank reconciliation

• Accounts Payable and Receivable

• Expense reporting

• Vendor maintenance

• Assist with month end close

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or similar

• 1+ year of experience in an Accounting Clerk role doing Full cycle accounts payable and receivable

• Advanced Excel skills with fast data entry and experience with Accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Yardi, Netsuite

• Highly organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to deal with frequent and changing priorities

• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
