Reference #: 1051 JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintain line of communications with internal and external Customers. Responsibility for both Piscataway & Bensalem Field Service. Take service calls for Field repairs. Answer cell phone calls. (Internal/External) Write up service calls with all pertinent information. Ensure the satisfaction of our customer base on any work performed, both internally and externally. Efficiently dispatch Field Service Technicians and parts to job sites. Maintain schedule for Field Technicians jobs. Monitor GPS Software on service trucks. Performance reviews for Field Technicians per calendar year. Schedule incoming machine repairs with Shop. Review 10-day last labor work order sheets. Attend monthly Field Service Technician, Staff and Foreperson meetings. Adhere to all company policies, to include all safety policies.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 8-10 years' experience in the heavy equipment industry with progressive maintenance/repair supervisory experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written. Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and other position related software.
