Job Title: Reliability Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Reliability Specialist to join our team. The Reliability Specialist will ensure compliance with all safety policies, maintain site equipment drawings, and uphold ISO-compliant maintenance records. You will identify and address chronic yield, uptime, and productivity issues, assist with budget preparation, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Additional responsibilities include preparing cost justifications for projects, developing training programs, supporting safety initiatives, and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement. You will also assist with site regulatory compliance, process emergency work orders, validate and document equipment modifications, and write and update standard maintenance procedures. The role involves staying informed of process changes, assisting with large installations and equipment modifications, and maintaining a team-oriented attitude. You will lead 6S and TPM initiatives, plan and implement reliability programs, develop performance models, and create reliability test plans. Data analysis and failure root cause analysis are key components of this role. The Reliability Specialist will also provide backup support for the Maintenance Leader and train designated backups and other team members.
