What you'll do...

We have almost 600 club locations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Sam's Club also has locations in Brazil, China and Mexico. As a Real Estate & Operations intern you'll learn the fundamentals of the Sam's Club Real Estate division across Portfolio Management, Facilities Maintenance, Field Execution, Construction and Design, Projects, Design, and Analytics. The Real Estate team is strategically important to Sam's Club because we ensure we optimize our portfolio of clubs and distribution network which is over 80 million square feet of space.

The intern experience essential functions:

• Learn and understand Sam's Club Real Estate mission and objectives

• Develop quick understanding of the assigned Internship project and translate insights into strategies

• Build relationships, you'll use your listening and influencing skills to build partnerships with internal and external business partners

• Conduct market research

• Work cross functionally within areas of the Sam's Club Real Estate organization to understand the full lifecycle of real estate

• Manage key project milestones and timing

• Actively participate in team meetings & be bold in your ideas

• Present project results and recommendations

Office Environment: Corporate

U.S. Hub Locations: Bentonville, AR

Desired Majors: Real Estate, Construction Management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program currently

• Expected graduation date between December 2025- May 2026

• 0-1 years of full-time relevant real estate or operations experience (excludes internship and research-based roles)

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00-$35.00*

‎

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
