The Distinguished Technical Program Management for Customer Trust & Digital Citizenship in the Risk Technology organization will be responsible for leading the end-to-end technology program management activities of a large body of work. for technologies powering the Customer Privacy Regulatory environment as well as the creation of a new Customer Trust Gateway.

What you will do...

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology program strategy to deliver enterprise customer data privacy solutions, aligned with jurisdiction laws and regulations.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and analyze data privacy risks and requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to interpret and implement data privacy laws and regulations into actionable requirements for technology solutions.

  • Drive the design and implementation of robust data privacy controls and policies to protect customer data and maintain compliance with privacy laws.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple data privacy projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

  • Conduct regular program risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies to strengthen customer data privacy.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment and compliance with data privacy best practices.

  • Partner with product and engineering leads to define and refine data privacy requirements, ensuring they are integrated into the product development lifecycle.

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of data privacy solutions, leveraging their expertise and aligning with agile methodologies.

  • Provide guidance and support to product and engineering leads in implementing privacy-focused features and functionalities, fostering a privacy-by-design approach.

  • Act as a bridge between product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the partnership between the technology program management function and product/engineering teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
