Finish Carpenter

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Finish Carpenters for new commercial projects in the Bentonville, AR area. The pay range is $25-$32 per hour based on experience. All Carpenters are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven professionals. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties

• Installation of Cabinetry: Custom fitting and installation of high-quality kitchen, bathroom, and office cabinetry.

• Wall Panel Installation: Precision installation of wood, laminate, or other paneling for aesthetic and functional wall treatments.

• Installation of trim work, baseboards, crown molding, door casing, and window frames.

• Ensuring Precision and Quality: Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials with exacting standards to ensure a perfect fit and finish.

• Surface Preparation: Sanding, filling, and preparing surfaces for painting or staining.

• Custom Woodworking: Occasionally crafting custom wood pieces to match specific project requirements.

Ultimate Finish Carpenter Requirements

• 5+ Years of Experience

• Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

• Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

• Ability to perform regular standing, bending, and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance

• Drug Test Required

• Back Ground Check

• OSHA 10 (Company Provided)
