Job Description

A large retailer is seeking a technical project manager to join the associate digital experience team. This PM will be overseeing efforts for improving windows hardware experience and improve performance and ticket reduction. They will be working with both stake holders and engineer teams, creating road maps and goals, and other tasks.

Skills and Requirements

- 3-5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area

- Experience with Jira and Confluence

- Great communication skills (experience working with stake holders and cross functional teams)

- Agile maturity - Experience working in technical/software dev projects/programs

- Certifications: CSM or PMP null
