Walmart is hiring for a Senior Analyst on the Workforce Strategy and Planning team!

This role is designed for an individual contributor who is motivated by complex, purposeful challenges and has a keen interest in data analytics. If you have a background in workforce planning with a focus on data analytics, and you are looking for a challenging position in a fast-paced, innovative environment, this role could be a perfect fit for you. You will play a critical role on our team, working across various Walmart business segments to help forecast short-term and long-term talent needs!

You'll make an impact by:

• Contributing to the development and refinement of workforce planning models by collaborating with senior team members to create and enhance Excel-based workforce planning, forecasting, and optimization models and assisting in integrating these models into broader workforce planning tools and dashboards.

• Supporting organizational design initiatives by gathering and analyzing internal and external data and providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Assisting in the development of workforce strategies and plans by partnering with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, validate workforce strategies, and align plans with enterprise objectives.

• Helping to evaluate initiatives for return on investment and potential outcomes and working on improving the accuracy of workforce forecasting for the annual operating plan.

• Building and leveraging internal and external partnerships including working with team members to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Driving innovation within our team while ensuring data accuracy and scale.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
