Walmart Senior Manager, Business Support - Inventory Health in Bentonville, Arkansas

The Inventory Health team's goal is to enable world class execution of product movement to deliver a delightful customer experience while saving them both time and money in unexpected ways.

What you'll do...

  • Identify customer and operation needs and drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects

  • Remove barriers and obstacles that impact performance, provide resources, and measure progress to ensure goals are met

  • Develop and implement quality improvement process and programs, evaluate operations, and establish new processes and procedures to increase performance and profitability

  • Lead research, analysis, and reporting activities within the business area

  • Evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives to ensure business needs are met.

  • Consult with business partners and key stakeholders to solicit and apply suggestions for improving efficiencies.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications...
