Your role at Clorox:

As a key member of the Next Generation Supply Chain Team, The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems (ME) leads and develops a participative team of Business Analysts, Process and Technical Leaders as part of the Elevate/Vista Transformation program to deliver technical and process solutions across the ME sub-teams. The Manufacturing Execution sub-teams are Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Plant Maintenance (PM), Quality Management (QM), Production Planning / Detailed Scheduling (PPDS), External Manufacturing (EM) and Capital Planning/Execution (CP). This role is one of two Sr. Managers – System Optimization on the ME team and will focus on MES, PM, EM and Capital Planning although overlapping contributions in other sub-teams may be required.

This role also manages the LATAM BTT Team which provides ERP center of excellence support to our LATAM business partners. Program support / leadership, continuous improvement as well as a variety of ME strategy and leadership program initiatives are also included as responsibilities. The candidate will be highly skilled in integrating business information and will drive both tactical work streams to support program deliverables as well as provide strategic recommendations. This individual will drive change as needed within the team and program and will create and maintain an environment that drives exceptional growth. Leveraging relationships with industry experts and consultants in helping Clorox build a technical advantage are critical. As Part of the Vista Manufacturing Execution team, you will work with Sr. Managers, Product Teams, Manufacturing Teams and SMEs in all BU’s both within and across your function to deliver a cohesive end-to-end, best practice technical and process solution meeting existing business requirements while building a flexible platform for the future.

In this role, you will:

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems is responsible for delivering program level responsibilities involving:

  • ERP Technology and Process Standardization - Capital Planning, External Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance and Manufacturing ERP Technology and Standard Process

  • Master Data – Capital Planning, Product and Material Master, Equipment and Work Center, Quality, Performance, Material, and Maintenance Relevant Master data, Work Center, Bills of Material, Routing, among others

  • Production Execution

  • Visualization of data and trends, reporting and analytics support

  • Work with Scrum Teams to identify functional requirements, improvement opportunities, and apply the latest S/4HANA functionality to create a solution that meets current requirements, addresses opportunities, and provides a best practice platform for future, continuous improvements.

  • Identify, gather, evaluate, enhance, load, validate, and curate ME related data across all ME Sub-process data domains, especially Capital Planning, External Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance, and Manufacturing Execution.

  • Work on an unusually complex program and provide solutions to complex issues which are highly innovative and deliver significant shifts in business results. These complex issues will require analysis of situations or data which require an in-depth knowledge of the company.

  • Work independently to evaluate, recommend, and develop technology and process solutions connected to multiple areas of expertise needed to enhance Clorox’s competitive position and meet long-range goals.

  • Select and effectively apply emerging technology.

  • Lead in conceiving and developing new ideas and systems that significantly improve manufacturing competitive performance and/or enable new/improved product delivery.

  • Identify all necessary transaction codes, Fiori Apps, Reports, business roles, and control points. Facilitate role building, testing and business role mapping to end users.

  • Develop a comprehensive list of test scenarios, review unit and sit results, provide direct testing support, facilitate user acceptance testing, and work with technical team to address issues.

  • Ensure the training and change management teams develop and deliver a robust and comprehensive plan covering staffing, communication, and training of impacted users, managers and stakeholders.

  • Utilize Jira to plan work and track our progress against identified program deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in the business, within IT and with our technology partners / vendors.

  • Supports the team across stakeholder group by functioning within the defined operating model and providing the required deliverables. Ensure communications both formal and informal are clear and aligned with supported functions and related stakeholders.

  • Develop and lead one or more Communities of Practice and/or Centers of Excellence for all manufacturing plants.

What we look for:

  • 10 years of supply chain experience (manufacturing experience preferred) working with SAP, S/4HANA or similar ERP

  • Leading teams and developing individuals

  • Experience leading and coordinating a network of Subject Matter Experts

  • Experience reviewing, manipulating and transforming data using Excel.

  • Experience with Microsoft office (Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Define and create design deliverables and documentation

  • Running showcases based on developed design requirements and system level demos

  • Managing backlog of application functionality

  • Ensure solutions are applicable to all Clorox business units

  • Champion management of change

  • Develop and implement enterprise work processes

  • Work closely with functional leaders, IT/EDT and manufacturing operations teams to ensure ME needs are being met

Preferred Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in supply chain, engineering, IT, or other technical field

  • Experience and knowledge of SAP data tables, S/4HANA Manufacturing Executions Processes such as: CP, EM, PM, and MES

  • Knowledge of project management and scaled Agile methodologies, complex capacity plans, and procurement systems and best practices including PMO concepts, practices and procedures and tools (i.e. JIRA, ProMapp, etc…)

  • Strong knowledge of large-scale, organizational change management principles and methodologies, and their application.

  • Effective communication skills in formal and informal settings using both written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior management.

  • Have a very strong understanding of process workflows and be highly effective in facilitating process improvement efforts.

  • Ability to leverage functional/technical expertise to get results.

  • Experience leading in an outsourced environment utilizing onshore and offshore resources

  • Experience working in IT and CPG industry.

  • Adaptable and Flexible: Able to recognize the need for change and to initiate the change process

–Zone A: $121,900 - $240,100

–Zone B: $111,700 - $220,100

–Zone C: $101,600 - $200,100
