Location: Berkeley, MO

Securitas Security Services is currently seeking a candidate to fill a Security Supervisor role. Officers in this position will oversee a security team at a specified client location.

Position Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED Required

  • Proficient computer / technology skills needed

  • Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic

  • Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication

  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus

  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner

  • Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift

  • Must have great attention to detail

  • Must be comfortable conducting access control duties

  • Prior supervisory experience in security, military, law enforcement or related field experience preferred

  • Must have a strong professional appearance

  • Must be alert and observant

  • Valid driver's license required

  • Clean Driving record needed

  • Excellent Customer Service skills

All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
