A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Data and Analytics Manager - Basking Ridge, NJ.Position: Data and Analytics Manager Location: Basking Ridge, NJ Employment: ContractAs a Data and Analytics Manager, you will: Responsibilities: The role will be a member of CRM & Demand Gen team supporting Marketing for Business Markets retention strategy. This role will be responsible for driving loyalty strategies for business customers ranging from small business to mid-market customers. Client's CRM team will look to this individual to proactively drive bottom-up data driven recommendations as well as adapt to top-down requirements from executive leadership. This individual will provide strategic analytical support to marketing/sales leadership, program directors and marketing campaign managers to drive base strategies by sharing data insights, deep-dives and accelerating action plans aligned with marketing opportunities. In addition, this role will be responsible for understanding Sales/Field feedback, conducting problem-solving analysis, to aid CRM communications and strategy building. They will operate by leading peers from cross-functional teams including but not limited to: CRM Campaigns, Sales Campaigns, Sales Enablement, Database Marketing, Offer Strategy, Finance, Digital, and Data Science & Customer Analytics. Responsibilities: * Lead strategic analysis and insight generation to support base growth and loyalty strategies, and interface directly with Sales executive leadership to represent the BM Marketing team. * Utilize customer analytics to develop a deeper understanding of the customer's profile, point-of-contact engagement and activity across online and offline channels. Use findings to tie behavioral data to inform audience pulls to optimize our communication strategies. * Analyze base performance by distilling complex data sets into concise and actionable data insights. This work will be used to further refine marketing campaign strategies to drive greater value and combat churn within the BM customer base. Ability to package fact-based recommendations clearly and "tell a story" with data to leadership is critical for success in this role. * Own executive leadership updates via scorecards on program performance as well as CRM KPI tracking & reporting. Make analytical findings available through development of Google and PowerPoint slides, Tableau dashboards, and excel reports.What we're looking for... You'll need to have: * Bachelor's degree or six or more years of relevant work experience. Even better if you have: * A Master's degree in Data Science, Marketing or Analytics. * Understanding of direct marketing and Sales best practices across key tactics (Email, Direct Mail, SMS, Digital, Outbound, etc). * Understanding of key CRM and Sales platforms and systems (i.e., Marketo, Adobe Analytics Site Catalyst, Adobe Experience Platform AEP, Pega, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics CJA, Salesforce and POS systems) * Strong understanding of marketing analytics and campaign success measures. * Ability to translate complex ideas and express them in concise, simple to understand ways. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across projects.The ideal candidate will have: Data Analytics, Data Insights, Digital marketing Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
