Our client, in Telecom Industry is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have Full-cycle recruitment exp, strong communication skills a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build relationships, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods.

• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.

• Perform reference checks as needed.

• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.

• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

What's Needed?

• Full-cycle recruitment experience.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience using sourcing methodologies like Boolean.

• Effective consulting, influencing, and negotiating skills.

• Recruitment experience with startups, integrations, technology, and/or product is a plus.
