     Substitute - Maintenance$20.50 per hourRESPONSIBILITIES may include:

• Performs the duties necessary to provide for the ongoing care, servicing, repairs, and alteration of the district’s facilities, equipment, and grounds.

• Carries out the district’s preventative maintenance program, which shall include maintaining inspection reports.

• Maintains the district’s grounds, including parking area and walkways.

• Reports to the Maintenance Foreman all deficiencies that require repair or use of an outside contractor.

• Maintains an adequate amount of supplies and equipment used to carry out assigned duties.

• Maintains the heating, ventilation, and related equipment.

• Performs the duties listed in the custodian job description when assigned.

• Accepts the assignment of a reasonable amount of overtime.

• Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Superintendent/designee or School Business Administrator.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Driver's License.

• Required criminal history background check and proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status.
