AnthroMed Education Speech-Language Pathologist: Starting in 2025 in Berwyn, Illinois

Speech-Language Pathologist: January 6th, 2025 - May 30th, 2025

AnthroMed Education is excited to announce an opening for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in the Berwyn area starting in January 2025 and for the remainder of the school year. Join our team of dedicated professionals and help make a difference in the lives of children!

We are seeking a committed Speech-Language Pathologist to work primarily at two schools, serving students from Pre-K to 5th grade. This position is set to begin on January 6, 2025, and run through May 30, 2025.

Position Highlights:

  • Work Schedule: This role involves working 32.5 hours per week, from 8:10 AM to 3:10 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. Additionally, there are 17 Wednesdays throughout the year where the SLP will stay until 4:30 PM.

  • Location: Berwyn, IL

  • Caseload Details: The Speech-Language Pathologist currently on leave from January to March will maintain the caseload until the end of the school year. Further details on the caseload will be provided soon.

Compensation:

Full salary paid weekly $55,000 - $70,000 based on experience.

Speech-Language Pathologist Duties:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students

  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and the interdisciplinary team to support student communication goals

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education plans

Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Communication Disorders

  • IDFPR license eligible in the state of Illinois

  • Professional Educator License (PEL) eligible in the state of Illinois

  • CCC-SLP preferred, but we would consider CF-SLP candidates

  • Experience working with K-5 students is preferred
