We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Berwyn, IL. This full-time role is within one elementary school supporting PreK-5th grade students. The school day runs from 7:50 am- 3:15 pm and will include partnering with 2 SLPs and one Social Worker within the district. You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on a caseload of around 30 students, most of which are serviced 90 minutes a month. Support we provide our clinicians: AnthroMed Education has a wonderful SLP Director of Clinical Support who offers our clinicians support throughout the school year!

    Hours: 37.5 hours/week

    Hours: 7:50 am – 3:15 pm

    Speech-Language Pathologist Duties:

  • Complete evaluations to assess speech needs and areas of growth

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students

  • Assist case manager with developing student Individualized Education Plan (IEP)

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and classroom teachers to meet the students’ speech and/or language needs

  • Observe students and collect data to measure progress and adjust treatment plans

  • Facilitate staff and community training in the area of communication disorders

    Speech-Language Pathologist Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Communication Disorders

  • PEL eligible in the state of IL

  • Preferred experience in a K-12 setting
