Leidos is seeking experienced Project Management Analyst Senior for our client’s operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in Bethesda, Maryland. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Translate mission needs into technical requirements to ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project objectives.

  • Develop and execute project management plans that clearly articulate the scope of work, required tasks, and manage progress.

  • Manage assigned projects and project deliverables against an agreed to timeline.

  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports and documentation for project stakeholders.

  • Write briefings, talking points, Work Breakdown Structures, Project Management Plans, and Communications Plans, to support the production of assigned deliverables.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project decisions and recommendations.

  • Identify and communicate project problems and shortfalls and offer solutions.

  • Organize and facilitate meetings.

  • Collaborate across the team and organization to achieve project goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with polygraph.

  • Typically requires a BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Understanding of the project life cycle, risk management, and project evaluation.

  • Self-organizing and have the ability to work independently on their assigned deliverables.

  • Detail-oriented, ability to consistently deliver high-quality products that are concise, thorough, and accurate.

  • Ability to use various software tools to facilitate project tasks, such as project management software, spreadsheets, scheduling, and data visualization tools.

  • Ability to monitor and evaluate the quality and performance of their assigned projects and deliverables.

  • Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of programs

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt in response to shifts in customer priorities.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with or in the IC.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent

  • Certified Scrum Master

  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence

  • Working knowledge of SharePoint

Pay Range:

Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
