Insight Global Senior Manager, Digital Content Strategy & Planning in Bethesda, Maryland

Job Description

The Sr. Manager, Digital Content Strategy & Planning will lead the strategy, execution, and respective processes (planning, briefing, optimization, etc.) for all site content on Web & App. As a leader in modernizing and optimizing our Digital properties, you will ensure the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of all content programs (Digital Merchandising, SEO, Homepage, etc.) in driving eCommerce business objectives. You will manage the relationship between Digital Merchandising & Marketing working teams and be a critical business partner to Promotions, UX, Operations, and Product development. You will report to the VP, Digital Direct and manage a team of 2 content planning leads. This position could pay upwards of $155k a year.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree

 7+ years in eCommerce, Digital Merchandising, Marketing with strong understanding of digital marketing channels

 Prior leadership experience leading digital content, eCommerce business, or marketing teams Architect and execute a digital content strategy on Web & App that elevates the brand and digital customer experience to attract, inspire, educate, and convert customers.

 Own the digital content calendar and apply analysis of business performance, event and holiday timing, competitive factors and market opportunities to the seasonal planning process and daily/weekly read & react.

 As the strategic content planning partner, manage the relationship between Digital Merchandising & Marketing teams. Advocate for and influence marketing partners to translate digital strategies into owned, organic (e.g. SEO), and paid channels performance.

 Facilitate strong collaboration with Digital & Marketing partners to design compelling, innovative campaigns and content for seasonal planning, new product launches, gifting experiences, and key promotional events.

 Operate as a central throughline for all digital content from strategy, planning, and execution. Oversee and optimize creative briefs and the briefing process to ensure creative output delivers on business objectives. null
