Assistant to join our esteemed Controller's Office. In this dynamic role, you will perform critical accounting and administrative duties, ensuring the seamless operation of the Controller's Office. Your responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining accurate financial records and processing transactions • Providing exceptional administrative support to the team • Coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, and organizing meetings • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
You will play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of financial integrity and contributing to the overall success of the university.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Associates or Vocational/Technical Degree preferred • Three to five years of related work experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and accounting software • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

This position is a Grade: 7 - 37.5, offering an approximate salary of $36,090-$43,330.
