Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide direction to Community Inclusion staff working with participants who are receiving behavioral support services.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, and an analysis of the findings for the targeted behavior.
  • Facilitate the design and implementation of a comprehensive behavioral support plan.

Position Requirements Include:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or Gerontology or a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.
  • 2 years of experience working with people with disabilities, providing behavioral support and mental health support is preferred.
  • Relevant schoolwork/certificates in positive behavior supports, ABA and in related fields is preferred
  • Complete training in conducting and using a Functional Behavior Assessment and in positive behavioral support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, as well as the ability to utilize the agency database.
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess the ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks, with the flexibility to meet changing needs and priorities as they occur.
  • Valid driver's license, personal vehicle and appropriate vehicle insurance is required.
  • This position will provide transportation to community sites.
