Your responsibilities will include: Designing and implementing a comprehensive data analysis strategy to assess the effectiveness of educational initiatives and programs. Developing robust data models and predictive analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with institutional policies and industry best practices. Identifying and implementing emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance the analytical capabilities of the university. To excel in this role, you must possess: Masters degree in Education, assessment, statistics, or a related field; Doctorate Degree is preferred. Three to five years of related work experience in data analysis, educational assessment, or a related analytical role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively convey complex analytical findings to diverse stakeholders. This position is a Grade: 11 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $81,450-$99,080. The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor. This position works with minors.
