In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making, playing a crucial part in shaping the universitys strategic direction. As an Institutional Research Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and interpret a vast array of institutional data, providing invaluable insights into areas such as student enrollment, retention, graduation rates, faculty productivity, and key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data from various university systems and external sources Develop and maintain comprehensive databases and data warehouses Conduct quantitative analyses and produce reports, dashboards, and data visualizations Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and provide actionable insights Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Masters Degree preferred One to three years of related work experience Proficiency in data analysis tools e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Attention to detail and commitment to data quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team At Lehigh University, youll be part of a dynamic and inclusive community that values diversity, fosters innovation, and promotes personal and professional growth. This position is a Grade: 9 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $54,390-$66,190. The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor.
