IT Processing Technician

We are currently seeking hard-working IT Processing Technicians on-site in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania to become valuable members of our production team. Brief Summary of Duties:
- Perform testing, diagnostics, sorting, and asset tracking of electronic devices that may be eligible for resale.
- Accurately record all relevant conditional issues, logs, product inventory, and erasure documents into EPC's inventory Management Software.
- Clean, wipe and use vacuum cleaner to prepare IT equipment for sale/transfer. Identify IT devices including, PC's, laptops, hard drives, printers, networking, monitors.
- Meeting and exceeding daily production goals and quota numbers with a quality focus.
- Pack/Unpack, wrap, sort, palletize, load, and move IT equipment throughout the warehouse using a pallet jack and carts.
- Other duties as assigned in department
Working Area:
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Skills and/or Education Requirements:
- Must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Basic computer skills and able to type proficiently.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must have good decision-making skills.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Follow written procedures.
Experience Required:
- Experience using basic computer software.
- Basic math skills to count IT equipment accurately and fast.
Experience and/or Education Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- IT or relevant electronic experience
Personal Skills Preferred:
- Must be outgoing, energetic, and able to prioritize workflow.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and share knowledge with others.
- Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think critically, and the ability to make logical decisions.
- Must be able to meet or exceed production goals and follow procedures.
