Job Summary

The Lead Portfolio Management Analyst at Altice USA would focus on overseeing and analyzing the company's project portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment, and supporting the management of key transformation initiatives. This role partners with the Transformation leadership to manage the execution, tracking, and optimization of projects while ensuring the effective use of resources.

Responsibilities

Portfolio Analysis & Reporting:

  • Manage and monitor the performance of the project portfolio, providing insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
  • Partner closely with the BU's to build out project charters, review projects and ensure the stage gate criteria and graduation process is strictly followed to ensure tight controls
  • Create and execute monthly reporting on Portfolio and Program KPIs and financial reconciliation (in partnership with finance

Portfolio Optimization:

  • Overall Management of NEXT tool that will be used to store and house all of the program details (projects, financials, KPIs, etc). Additionally need to ensure all data feeds are appropriately reporting and that program charters are structured appropriately
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization, including resource balancing, prioritization of projects, and elimination of low-value activities

Governance & Process Improvement:

  • Support the governance framework for managing the transformation portfolio, ensuring adherence to project management standards and processes
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance portfolio management practices, including the refinement of methodologies, tools, and templates
  • Ensure consistency in project execution by promoting best practices in portfolio and project management
  • Lead to help with change management execution, DMAIC/Six Sigma support at a project level
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, project management, or financial analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in portfolio analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
  • Proficient in portfolio management tools and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Continuous Improvement) and governance frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and provide meaningful insights that drive decision-making and improve portfolio performance.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, cost management, and budgeting in relation to project portfolios.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Strong focus on ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in reporting, analysis, and documentation.
  • Ability to identify challenges within the portfolio and work proactively to address them.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in New Yorkis $102,816.00- $168,912.00/ year. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in Texas is $85,680.00-$140,760.00 / year.For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter. The rates/ranges provided herein are the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and do not reflect future job opportunity.
