Job Summary

The Retail Warehouse Inventory Specialist will play a pivotal role in the growth and transformation of our retail channel. Primarily based at the Bethpage offices and Retail Warehouse, this position involves developing and executing national strategic initiatives with a strong focus on organizing and maintaining the Bethpage Retail Warehouse; shipping and receiving, managing the lifecycle of mobile demo devices across our retail footprint, demo inventory forecasting and analysis, and supporting merchandising initiatives.

Responsibilities

*Collaborate with retail leadership to develop actionable, measurable projects and programs to transform and grow our retail stores inventory processes
*Maintain and track retail store inventory stock levels
*Support Retail Managers in data collection, content management, systems support, quality control, monitoring, inventory management, store merchandising, and other tasks.
*Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans focused on driving business growth, including retail operations, merchandising, customer experience, employee experience, and store inventory
*Assist in designing, developing, documenting, and communicating new and existing policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring standardization across all retail stores and in store inventory and logistics
*Prepare presentation materials for meetings
*Handle ad hoc requests and projects from the retail organization

Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree or related experience
*2+ years of professional experience, with a core focus on merchandising, inventory control, or retail operations.
*Strong project management skills, combining strategic thinking with execution excellence.
*Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and logistics best practices.
*Retail store experience
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
*Knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
*Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans and make sound business decisions
*Ability to travel

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $64,260.00-$105,570.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
