Responsibilities

• Maintain and balance cash and daily work accurately

• Complete member transactions accurately in a timely manner while providing a positive member interaction

• Coordinate the training of new tellers and assist in the continued training of all tellers

• Process night drop and mail payments

• Maintain and balance ATM, dispense, recycler, and coin counting machines

• Balance vault daily

• Perform all opening and closing procedures of the office

• Submit cash orders to AOPS

• Process credit/debit card advances

• Scan, process, and balance checks accurately

• Provide members with information about products and services

• Assist members with inquiries and know where to refer them

• Communicate consistently with the Branch Manager and Assistant Manager on branch performance and operational updates

• Work closely with the Assistant Branch Manager
