Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Beverly Hills, California. This role offers a part-time long term contract employment opportunity and is centered around the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns for our clients. With a focus on organization, communication, and proactive problem-solving, the Project Manager will juggle various tasks and projects while maintaining effective relationships with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage marketing calendars, timelines, and tasks to ensure the efficient execution of campaigns.

• Oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, ensuring that deliverables are met within the specified timeframe and budget.

• Delegate tasks and manage workloads across internal and external teams to maintain momentum and address urgent needs.

• Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, adjusting course as necessary.

• Prepare clear and concise status reports for clients and stakeholders.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all retailer partners, maintaining and leading relationships.

• Collaborate with the team to develop creative marketing strategies and content that aligns with client goals and key promotional events.

• Draft emails, pitch decks, and other marketing materials necessary for projects and pitches.

• Ensure clear and efficient communication channels are maintained, exceeding client expectations throughout the engagement.

• Develop and implement systems for retailers to submit campaigns, streamlining the process and ensuring clear communication.

• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant industry

• Proficient in project management software, such as Atlassian Jira

• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies and their implementation in business processes

• Experience with CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Familiarity with IBM software and technologies

• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum

• Ability to manage and oversee budget processes effectively

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in the Construction industry is a plus

• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software is an advantage. Innovation starts with people.®
