Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Beverly, Massachusetts. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks related to accounts payable and customer service. You will be expected to process applications, maintain customer records, and resolve inquiries. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of customer credit applications.

• Keeping customer credit records up to date.

• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner.

• Monitoring customer accounts to ensure accuracy.

• Running checks as part of the accounts payable process.

• Coding invoices correctly and efficiently.

• Performing data entry tasks related to accounts payable.

• Processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for accounts payable tasks.

• Managing Form 1099 and ensuring compliance.

• Using Concur Expense for expense management.

• Processing of expense reports. Requirements • Proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary

• Proficiency in performing Check Runs is required

• Must be capable of Coding Invoices efficiently

• Demonstrable skills in Data Entry are required

• Experience in Invoice Processing is a must

• Should be proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Form 1099 is necessary

• Experience with Concur Expense software is beneficial

• Ability to Process Expense Reports effectively is required
