Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

In this role, you will be part of a team, assisting the machine operator in the production process. You will feed products into the machine and stack products onto pallets to be sent to customers. This position is fast-paced and involves a lot of bending, twisting, and reaching. The product is lighter than most in manufacturing, with a lifting capacity of 35+ lbs.

Hard Skills

• Ability to lift 35+ lbs

• Ability to effectively communicate in English

• Some production or industrial experience

Soft Skills

• Strong attendance record

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Biddeford, Maine.

Work Environment

Manufacturing Environment. Shifts: 7am-3:30pm ($21.50/hr) or 3:30pm-12am ($23/hr). Team of 3 per machine. High school diploma required and provided.
