Adecco US, Inc. Warehouse Distribution Coordinator in Biddeford, Maine

Adecco is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Distribution Coordinator for our Client in Southern Maine. They are committed to maintaining high standards in all aspects of their operations, including warehouse and distribution functions .

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Distribution Coordinator will play a key role in managing inventory and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse logistics, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving activities.

  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Ensure adherence to all safety and operating procedures to maintain a secure working environment.

  • Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage inventory data and generate reports.

  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs. and handling products as required.

  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline warehouse processes and address any issues.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure product availability.

  • Provide exceptional service and support to internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse logistics preferred.

  • Strong reading, writing, and math skills for effective communication and accurate record-keeping.

  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Ability to follow all safety protocols and operating procedures.

  • Prior forklift certification.

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
