Guthrie Office Coordinator - Big Flats Surgical Center- Per Diem in Big Flats, New York

Position Summary: Manages and coordinates customer and employee interactions. Organized, detail oriented, who can manage projects in a fast ‐ paced environment. Oversees the front office duties and handles clerical tasks. Education, License & Cert: 1. High school graduate. Experience: Proficient in computer and clerical skills, strong organizational, and management skills. Essential Functions: 1. Ability to multi‐task and prioritize work in accordance with changing deadlines. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. 3. Understands HIPPA and OSHA regulations. 4. Strong sense of discretion and professionalism. 5. Excellent customer service skills. 6. Prepares procedural charts from daily schedule. 7. Works well with other departments within the organization. 8. Takes clear and concise phone messages. 9. Greets patients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner. 10. Experience using office machinery ( fax, printer, copier, phone systems) Other Duties: 1. Pre and post procedure patient call. 2. The pay for this position ranges from $16.00-$22.37 per hour
